Hello friends! This week I finished this beautiful quilt for Sidney. This one is really cool and an interesting design to look at. The fabrics are all batiks except the black strips are Grunge, I think. I just love the variety of quilts that I get to work on! I quilted it with a green thread that blended wonderfully and the Bubbles pantograph. Often times it is a good idea to choose a quilting design with curves, swirls, or circles to soften up the straight lines of geometric piecing. It really turned out great! Thank you, Sidney, for letting me quilt for you!!
I have another awesome quilt on my frame right now that you won't want to miss next week, and I have several piecing projects going on, too. I hope to get some quality sewing and quilting time in this weekend. Thanks for visiting!
