I am so happy for my Aunt Brenda! This week she came over and quilted one of her own quilts. This is the first one she did herself on the longarm. Her broken arm is healing up, and she is able to move the machine around much more comfortably. There she is behind the machine working with a pantograph. This is a cheery quilt made with colorful Christmas fabrics. I have to say, our basement isn't pretty, but it does make the quilts look that much more beautiful. I'm hoping in the spring we can at least paint some white on the walls. I was working at my transcription job when Brenda finished and left, and I didn't get any pictures of it finished and off the frame. Today I started on a quilt for my Aunt Sharon. This picture is just a little tease for her. I'll show you more when it is finished. I think it is so pretty, it is making me smile to work on it today! We are supposed to get some snow tomorrow, so it sounds like a good day to stay home and quilt. Have a great weekend!
