Hello! It felt so good to finish a quilt this week. My daughter Lydia has had some health issues lately, in and out of the hospital and doctor visits and blood work, and we are so happy to be getting back to normal. This quilt belongs to Carol. I can't remember the pattern that she used, but part of the fabric is a panel that she cut up and used. I really like the look. She also did a fabulous job with the striped border and mitering the corners. It was such a pretty quilt to work on. Carol had some variegated thread that she wanted to use. It was a bold choice with a touch of orange in it, but it really turned out great. The pantograph design used is called "Tweet Tweet." Can you see the bird in the top photo? And there is a birdie and flowers on the back of the quilt. Thank you, Carol, for having me quilt this lovely quilt for you!
Please stop back again next week to see some more quilty pictures. You can also check out Crazy Mom Quilts Finish It Up Friday for some inspiration. I'll be linking up there. Thanks for visiting!

I love the vintage style of the fabrics - those bikes and roses are really appealing.
