Mom's Ribbon Star Quilt

Take a look at this beautiful quilt that my mom made!  The pattern is called Ribbon Star from the Missouri Star Quilt Company.  She worked on it with quilting friends at the Little Foot Quilt Shoppe, taught by Margaret.  

Mom also worked on it at a quilt retreat back in February.  (What a good time! Some of you ladies know what I'm talking about.)  I did the longarm quilting with a light beige Glide thread and a feathery edge-to-edge pattern called Swift.

This quilt went to the park for some pretty pictures.
