Hello friends. This is the Binding Tool Star Quilt that I recently finished from the Missouri Star Quilt Company video tutorial that can be found here. This pattern is demonstrated using jelly roll strips, but I had some yardage that I purchased at an awesome sale at The Little Foot and decided to use it. So my quilt is maybe a little different than the other ones you might see on the World Wide Web because the same 4 fabrics are repeated in all the blocks. I even fussy cut strips from the striped fabric - definitely the trickiest part of making this quilt. Here is a shot of the quilt on the longarm frame being quilted where you can see a little before and after quilting. This is a new pantograph design that I have called Alouette. I just love this pattern over the quilt! I used a creamy light yellow thread. Below is the back. And here is the front. .It is full size and was even a little too big for my clothes line. It will look really pretty on someone's bed! I'll be putting it up for sale in my Etsy shop.
Hope you enjoyed seeing that quilt of mine. I am busy working on other people's quilts right now, so it's hard to say when another of my own will make it onto the frame! Thanks so much for visiting! I'll be linking up over at Crazy Mom Quilts Finish It Up Friday.
