At the end of last week I finished quilting this lovely star quilt for Susan. I asked her if this was a Schnibbles pattern, and she thought it was. I have the same pattern "Morning Joe" which I purchased at the same quilt shop - Little Foot Quilt Shoppe - in Evans City, PA. She had some charm packs and whipped this one up. It is very sweet - and I love pretty much any star pattern! I quilted it with the pantograph Feathers A La Mode. Something about this quilt that was a first for both Susan and myself is that she pieced some smaller chunks of her batting together with basting tape. It quilted beautifully with no problems. It is fun for me to meet other quilters like Susan and talk about patterns, fabric, and where we like to shop. If you haven't been to Little Foot, you should check it out. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They do a lot of demonstrations and classes, and their selection of fabric keeps growing.
Thanks, Susan, for letting me quilt for you!
